HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
As quickly as you can! Gina tends to book about 4-6 weeks out. Sessions are limited to ensure the utmost quality and devotion into each and every session. Holiday season books quickly! Please reach out during early fall to ensure a holiday spot during peak fall/early winter months where foliage and scenery are at its prettiest.
*Newborn sessions should be booked BEFORE baby arrives, preferably in your last trimester. Newborn sessions are held in the first 12 days of life. Gina will be sure to get you a tentative date to lock in your spot based on your due date. Once you deliver, contact the studio within the first three (3) days of life and Gina will move your tentative session to a firm session date and time.
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
We DO! The studio is built to bring a perfect session, From temperature control, to on hand necessities, shooting in our studio helps us to achieve the perfect conditions for the perfect portraits.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SESSION?
There are a couple of tips and tricks that make for a successful newborn session. A full baby is a happy baby. Feed your bundle right before you head over. Dress baby loosely in clothing that is easily removed. Gina has buckets full of hats, wraps, headbands and other goodies to accessorize for your session.
Family sessions require a little less preparation but a couple of things to think about as soon as you book your session. Clothing should be coordinating but not to "matchy-matchy". Keep with a color scheme, full of bright bold colors and tons of accessories. Stay away from logo’d gear and super busy prints. Be sure to arrange your session around baby nap times and feeding schedules. Happy kids make for fun kids which are essential for creating lasting memories!
HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION LAST?
Newborn Sessions last up to 3 hours. Family sessions typical last 1-2 hours, depending on your family size and willingness of the children and dependent on the package you choose to purchase.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANYTHING FOR MY CAKE SMASH SESSION?
Yes! We do ask that you bring along the cake as well as babys attire. Cakes should be vanilla cake, straying from deep, staining colors, chocolates and reds. No filling within the cake. A small cake works best (about 8″ round), cakes should be more cream them cake for a good smashing!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE MY PORTRAITS?
Once your session is complete, you will receive a glimpse of the session in two or three images posted to our facebook page. Your full gallery of images will be delivered to you within 10 business days of your session.
DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL IMAGES?
We do offer digital proofs as well as high resolution images. All pricing will be included in your welcome packet at the time of booking.
